We had an incredible first visit today with Dr. Hardy! She is awesome! I'm so excited that we will have her as our new vet!
This place is so amazing. The friendly and knowledgeable staff made my two cats feel at home. Dr. Harmon is extremely thorough and gave me the peace of mind I wanted. I recently moved to the area and was skeptical about having to find a new animal hospital and vet to take my dog to. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at EAAC. The front desk was friendly and prompt at check in and finding an exam room and the vet tech and vet were friendly, attentive and open about everything regarding my dog. I am very glad I found such a knowledgeable, friendly and caring staff to take my dog to!
This office was full of professional, knowledgable, and animal-loving individuals. I had an amazing experience from my first step in the door until I left. I never felt rushed and the vet and tech spent time speaking to me about different options and different concepts concerning my dog (my dog has had allergies for over 3 years and it has been a long road). The amount of love and respect these people have for animals and their owners is beyond compare. Last week I had one of the absolute worst days of my life when I had to bring in my beloved cat Osiris to be euthanized. Every single person I interacted with was incredible. They even held me when I cried. Today I received a letter signed by everyone there that included his pawprint and a drawing of a bag of chips, Osiris' favorite food. This clinic could not be more perfect. This was my first vet visit since rescuing my cat, and she was so calm and happy thanks to the amazing staff. I did not remain on hold for too long, was shown a room immediately upon arrival, and it is definitely worth every cent you pay.
Very friendly staff; very patient and informative; a lil' on the pricey side but worth it IMO.
Without a doubt, the best animal clinic in the city. I've never a met a more caring, thorough, thoughtful, and communicative staff. We have needed to have a lot of veterinary care over the last year, with a couple of aging dogs, and the care we've received here is nothing short of exceptional.
I unfortunately came to the East Atlanta Animal Clinic to say goodbye to our senior cat. It's weird to write a review about a vet handling this very personal visit, but the staff here are so kind and caring. They were respectful of my wishes, were so loving and gentle with my very fragile cat, and were there to support and console.
