A positive experience from the very beginning with talking to Cheryl for scheduling an initial visit for my new dog. This morning's appointment was complete success from Check-in to Check-out. The staff picked up on my dog's initial nervousness and helped her relax in no time. Both the technician and veterinarian asked pertinent questions and provided great information.
We've been taking our sweet Barley to EAAC for 8 years. When it was time to let him go on 2/8, Dana, Dr. Starnes, and Dr. Ringstrom could not have been more compassionate. They truly cared about his comfort and not prolonging what was obviously a terminal illness. We're so happy that his last moments were spent with lots of love in the room.
By far one of the best animal clinics I've been to (and I've lived all over the country as well as city). I can't recommend them enough. Friendly, knowledgable, compassionate (which is what we need when we take our babies in there when they are sick)...everything about them is great.
Dr. Jamie Harmon and Dr Ringstrom were professional in every way and so very caring to me and my cat as we went there as first time clients in a difficult circumstance. I will continue to go to them and trust them to care for my cat. 5 STARS
These folks are simply the best. Competent, caring, and compassionate. They take of you and your pets like you are family. Great vets and techs
