RecommendedThey do a lot to ensure a really great patient experience. Writing that day’s patient names on a display board to welcome them, allowing a drop-off service, providing estimates for care for financial awareness, even a cute Instagram page—all these things really make us feel in community with and trust the folks at EAAC. Recommend for both dog and cat care.
We have three dogs and three cats and they all go to EAAC. Everyone there is so kind and genuinely caring about all of our babies. They are also extremely knowledgeable and always make me feel comfortable that my pets are receiving the best care possible. And they never try to upsell you unnecessary items or services like I have heard vets offices sometimes do - they are very good about trying to save me money when possible.
We love the East Atlanta Animal Clinic. We've been coming here for years, even though we moved to the other side of town. With most vets, you aren't always sure if they have your best interests in mind (want to charge too much, do unnecessary tests, etc). Once our dog entered her geriatric years I wanted to provide her the best healthcare I could find. At East Atlanta Clinic, I feel completely confident that nothing will be overlooked. They are proactive, thorough and address every concern with recommendations or options. Every single staff member is kind and knowledgeable.

Horrible Experience ! Brought my 10 week puppy in for second round of shots. First round my puppy left limping and swollen for days. Second round same limp and vomiting. I took her back in within 24 hours of visit with symptoms and was examined. Clinic charged me for this visit and said it wasn't their fault the dog had a reaction so i was responsible for cost of exam and medicine for vomiting. When I explained my concern their manager was rude and said "it's not our fault your puppy had a reaction"... Wont be doing business... read more
The Vets and staff are fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. My dog loved going there. They knew him and me by name..
I took my cat here for the first time today and loved it! They were so fast and efficient and knowledgeable and caring. The best experience I’ve had with an animal clinic.
