Never Showed Up! Hello? – I had Earth Ideas come out to my house to give me an estimate for some work on my patio. They sent me an estimate, it looked fine, so I told them I wanted to get the work done. They first told me they would do it the week of May 2. As May 2 approached, I heard nothing from them, so I e-mailed them. They responded that Earth Ideas would not be able to do the work that week. what a joke! – the same retaining wall i had put up was repaired three times, called, left messages...no returned called. sent people out on the wrong day. awful..thumbs down.

Couldn't love it more! – I would like to thank Shane for our beautiful landscaping and also to the crew who did the installation. All the work was first rate and professionally done.
