Hi Moriah, let me start with saying that the last thing we want to do at the end of business on "Valentines Day" is have a confrontation with our customers. With that being said, When your friend Ashley came in to the store she carried a sense of entitlement. Thinking we are a petting zoo. Visited this store each time I have visited Charlotte, enjoyed each visit and everyone was courteous. My last visit I Purchased my Scottish Terrier and she is now 4 mos old! This puppy is wonderful and in great health. Highly recommend for all your pet needs.
