horrible customer service. obvious they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to bagging up fish to sell. will not be going back
horrible customer service, when asked to bag fish correctly which they should know how to do we were given attitude, several other stores in the area to go to vs this one
Two years ago my husband bought me my Bichon Frise for my birthday and he is the most spoil lil guy😊 we love him so much❤️💯 I never got around bringing him back for you guys to see, so here he is Hershey Brown Champion

Snakes are infested with mites. It’s absolutely disgusting. I called them and told them the day I realized it carried it home and now they’re on my other 9 snakes and it absolutely blew my mind that all they did was give me more spray. Only thing so far is more and more mites. They wanted 200 for a snake and I didn’t get to hold it before purchase or really get to see it outside of terrarium. Definitely won’t be back there.
So far this is one of the best pet shops in the area. They are the only store near me that sells more then just cricket feeders for my reptiles. And they have a great selection of tropical fish keeping goodies!

I’ve been coming to this pet store for a few months now, almost every week. You won’t find another pet store like this one in Charlotte. The staff seem to love every single animal in the store and take great care of them the whole time I am there. They are also all very informative and help a ton when I have questions! They also do not mind me spending almost an hour each time admiring all of their animals. ◡̈
