I have been to Earnhardt a couple of times with minor issues on my Encore. The Service Advisor, John Adams was terrific! He was very courteous and took only a few minutes to get me a new set of wheels to drive while my car was being repaired. I am impressed with the service I received!

We just moved from Nashville and my my Acadia needed its oil done. We used Earnhardt Dodge on my husbands truck last month and had a horrible experience so I was a tad Leary of this one but it was the closest to my house. Came in yesterday and had my 2 boys with me. Everything was great and my boys loved the popcorn and donuts and I loved the wifi! Great customer service, great communication, my car was done at the time expected! Thanks again!
