After 3 car purchases and 6 years of customer loyalty, Earnhardt GMC lost me as a customer. Being forced to pay over $700 to have my AC fixed ... in a Lease! Not to mention this was the 2nd time the AC had gone out in a less than 3 year old car! After putting $700 in new tires on it and $700 for AC issues (not to mention them not helping with a rental for the nearly 2 weeks without my car) and then trying to nickel and dime me.... I’m over it! Don’t lease a vehicle from them, they won’t take care of you. Sad!

I watched the car I wanted online for 3 weeks. I came back to AZ and a salesman at a neighboring dealership was recommended. Crap deal. I went to Earnhardt and met Rip. He heard me. No hassle. Quick transaction info for the car I so wanted. I was treated as a well educated lady with a reason to choose them. Deal was flawless. Professionalism is top notch. My husband and I had an AMAZING experience at this dealership. Everybody was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our sales guy, Rip, was very knowledgable and helped us from beginning to end find our perfect new vehicle. I cannot say enough great things about this place. I am so happy we chose this dealership to work with. We live near other Buick GMC stores but this was WELL worth the drive!!!
