Sold a damaged truck that is resolution in legal actions for compensation.
Every associate I interacted with at the superstition mesa location was very courteous and I felt valued. I’d definitely recommend this dealership.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Called and made an appt with Jonathan to have an alignment and other work done on my dually. Was told would have to wait 2-3hrs for the work to be done, no problem. Showed up and the service advisor informed me that they dont have the ability to do an alignment on my vehicle and I would haven to leave my vehicle (only mode of transport) with them for 2-3 DAYS for the rest of the work to be completed. Service Department is horrible!! I bought a car and was told the motor mounts need to be replaced. Ok they replaced them. I haven’t even made my first payment and I called my salesman because something is wrong with the transmission. He set it up to bring it in since it is still under warranty. I took the day off work and took it in. The service guy came out and tells me he isn’t sure why I’m there because they can’t help me. I explain to him why I was there.
