Semi-retired now, I've been traveling the entire country now for the past 4 years so have had an opportunity to review numerous GMC facilities along the way for services ranging from basic maintenance to repairs, and I will say that Earnhardt GMC ranks in the top 10 of dealerships I've seen so far. My advisor Steve, is knowledgeable and professional and makes sure "my baby" (a 2013 2500HD Denali) is well taken care of every time. When we arrived, Justin noticed that our insurance should of been good but there was a date that said it was expired. Told us to talk to Tracy and she looked into it and got it resolved. We got our air conditioner fixed and very pleased how Justin and Tracy helped us out with this problem. We still have not received our extended warranty for two more years. Bill and Jan Harris.

I've never been to a service department that doesn't give complimentary car washes with services except at this location. When I questioned them about it last time they said they were understaffed and I could bring the car back in for one. This time again no car wash, I didn't want to wait a long time for a car wash as it took over an hour for a scheduled oil change.
