Jesse and his partner arrived on time, wore covers over their shoes while in the house, were polite, friendly, listened to what I had to say, and then quickly went to work. I had three different plumbing issues and they quickly discovered that a pipe from the whole house heating system had not been vented properly to the outside which is why water was collecting and coming down behind the cement board siding. Our garbage disposal stopped working. We called Earl's Plumbing and they let us know when the service provider would come out. He patted our dog, shook our hands, and slipped plastic over his shoes before entering. He quickly identified the problem and said he could repair it. The disposal unit however was old and apt to give us trouble in the future. It was up to us whether we wanted to keep the old unit or install a new one. Phil was the tradesman that came to my home to patch some Sheetrock last week. The quality of his work and the pride he took in his work were exemplary. I called to make another appointment for some additional work and requested Phil. He's here, as I write, doing a great job. Before he leaves today, I will ask for a quote on a bathroom re-model. Thank you Phil and thank you Earl's for hiring quality people.

Leak in OLD ( 1930's) water line. Had six plumber companies visit site/bid. Several rude. Jason B from Earl's prompt, knowledgeable, professional. Hired him, job complete. So impressed that we signed a maintenance agreement with Earl's, and looking at a tank less water heater. Great job Jason!!!!!

Septic backed so we called Earls since we see their trucks up here in Forest Ranch all the time. Came out the next morning on time. Offer free inspection before anything which was awesome. Ryan W. Got our main line unclogged quickly, snake cam and showed us tree roots are the issue. Then he checked out hot water heater for free since I fixed a leaky line the week before. Made me aware that the lines are a subpar product that Shell got class actuon sued for failures. Very reasonable price. 1 hour and job was done. AAA+
