Had an emergency well problem late Saturday night. On Sunday morning I called Earl's Plumbing in Chico as we were completely out of water. Earl's sent Ryan W. out. I was told they would evaluate a diagnose the problem for free. Long story short, I received excellent service at a reasonable price. Especially on a holiday Sunday!

An amazing group and tech! Same day service and he worked at it until he got it! I own a business so a plumbing problem is a major issue. Earl's is the ONLY way to go if you want it done right, fast and professionally. Mike is terrific and our saving grace. I will recommend him and Earl's to everybody and share my experience. A+++++++++++++.

I want to HIGHLY recommend Earl's Performance Plumbing whom I am grateful to have called out to check well issues. Excellent service and communication, employees were very friendly, skilled and knowledgeable, and they understood my apparently obvious anxiety and trepidation!! The installer was able to jimmy his crane truck under power lines and around trees and bushes. He showed and explained everything, and now I have a brand new well pump, line and control box. Needed a leak fixed and toilet installed. Mike T. and his helper (I am sorry I didn't get his name) came out and had both done quickly. Very happy with the professional service. I won't hesitate to refer friends and Earl's will be my go-to plumber from now on.

What started out as a clogged drain ended up being total replacement of the pipes under the house and a two-day job. Paul and Jed were great! They were informative as to what was needed to repair our problem and went right to work on the job. Very professional, conscientious and hard working. I've used Earl's for years with my parents place and a rental and our own home. I am always pleased with the service! Keep up the good work! You have a customer for life!

Yahoo! Had leak in my kitchen faucet and no pressure. Contacted American home warranty, Earl's Performance Plumbing contacted me right away and within the hour Jason was dispatched to my home. Not a easy address to find but Jason found me. He looked at the faucet found the problem quickly, contacted AHW, they authorized new Faucet. Jason was professional and efficient done within hr. I now have a beautiful new faucet. Thank ;you.

My 18 year old gas water heater was leaking and rusted out. Paul came out and was very thorough. It turned out the water heater was in worse shape than first thought. Paul also checked to make sure that there were no leaks in the wall and that my water pressure wasn't too high. He was very professional and efficient. He didn't seem to mind answering all my questions and told me of other areas I might want to keep an eye on.

Paul came out today to fix my hot water heater and was just the best! He was professional, patient, kind, thoughtful, and quick! I really really appreciate his help and how he went above and beyond to make sure I got my hot water heater fixed. I will definitely be calling Earls Plumbing for any future plumbing needs! :)
