Ryan W replaced all emergency shutoff valves in my old condo. Ryan was respectful of my home and worked diligently as the job was much more complex than originally bid. Ryan explained the additional work, along with the added costs, and I feel confident I will have no plumbing issues going forward!! I like have the security of the yearly maintenance agreement as well; quite the bargain!!

Kyle was prompt, careful and very efficient. Plumbing problems are never good, but my experience with EARLS was very good. I found them (listing a discount) on Angies' List -as the number one listing for Redding area, ( I had already called two others from Newspaper ads , who did not respond in two days) I was ready to scream with frustration...they were nice on the phone and called just before arrival, and very courteous. I have been dealing with Earl's Plumbing for over a year. The technicians are very, very courteous and helpful, every one of them. I asked if they liked the owner and they said "Yes, he's a great guy!" and it shows. Happy employees do great work. I just had Scott and Trevor out to replace my old water heater and install a NuvoH2O water system. They were so helpful, even fixed a problem that wasn't part of the deal. They answered all my questions and I'll certainly have them come again when a plumber is needed.

Jason B. came to repair a leak at a compression fitting and found several others leaking after repairing the one I called about. In addition, while turning on the main water supply, Jason noticed a pressure issue and determined the pressure regulator to the residence was faulty. I knew about the regulator issue some time ago and was just living with it. Jason worked up the price for all of the repairs and it was so reasonable I could not let him leave without doing the work. Frank came to my home on Friday, earlier than they said he would, which was a very good thing, not only for me but also for him. He showed me what the problem was. He did everything he could to keep the cost down.He worked hard and non stop until he ran out of time. Then he came back the next day on his day off to finish up the job going over and above what he had to do. Ryan was helpful, efficient and courteous. He moved my entire kitchen sink plumbing from the middle of the kitchen to the wall. We have a raised foundation so he was under the house for the majority of time. Thanks to him, my new kitchen is nearing completion.

I have used Earl’s for years and never been disappointed. This time my kitchen sink started leaking madly on Christmas Day, where I had to enpty a bucket evey half hour or so. I was able to get Earls to come out first thing the next morning and fix the leak. Devin was our technician and was efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Devin.

We had a water leak in our hot water heater. We called early the day after Christmas. Ryan was at our hour within an hour and had the new hot water heater installed before noon. Excellent service
