Hello, our house, contents, and the memories burned down in the Carr Fire Redding area. So, silly us, we bought a home in three hours in Chico. We called Earl's for assistance. The nice tech delivered on two of our needs, however, it's been over four days now to hear about a hand held shower unit to be installed. More silly us, road weary, freaked out, we paid in advance. It would be nice is someone called. Because of my "situation," I really do need a stable, hand held shower unit installed. I give up.

I called and they had an actual person take the call. They set an appointment for the same day. Ryan W. came out and gave me an estimate. He seemingly fixed the problem for the estimated amount and did not do work that he did not believe needed to be done. He told me instead to call back if it looked like the digging was going to be required because the wet spot did not dry up.
Ryan W in Colusa, Ca August 23rd replaced our hot water heater after the thermocoupler wouldn't work. He was very efficient, knowledgeable. He was on time and we had hot water not long after he was gone. Thank you very much Ryan W.
Definitely recommend Earl's Performance Plumbing. Excellent customer service. My water heater hose sprung a leak and they sent someone immediately to help me with initial shut down while all the other companies (4) told me that they didn't have any availability until a day or two later. After initial assistance, the gentleman who came to replace hoses was great, very quick and was very personable. These two made a stressful situation feel less hectic. James and Forest arrived as scheduled. Did a very thorough and professional job with installing my new kitchen faucet. James is very knowledgeable in his field and extremely easy to work with. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand if you know “nothing” about plumbing... like me!
