Reset two toilets in a project. Said he was done and left. He didn’t even test any part of his work, just left without turning the water on. I came in after he left, turned on the valve to fill then flushed it and water was all over the place from the tank seal. I didn’t ask him to replace that part initially because I didn’t know what worked or not. But..... how do you know if your work is even holding unless you run water through it. We just moved into our new home after we lost everything in the Camp Fire in Paradise. We had water everywhere. Devin came out and explained to my dad who is 92 what the problem was. It was the parks issue to fix. Devon took the time out to call the park manager and let him know the problem. One less thing we had to worry about. Thank you Devin for helping us. Earl’s is the best!!!
