I've used Earl's for 10 years & have always been impressed by their excellent customer service & professional knowledge. I needed help with a very noisy toilet I had replaced by them in '09. We scheduled an appt between 12 & 2 TODAY. I got a call back saying they had a tech free within 15 - 20 minutes. Dennis was actually here within minutes & completed my annual inspection & rebuilt the toilet for me. He's a nice guy, easy to work with & very knowledgeable. Thank you, Dennis!

Service guys Greg and Jed came out a half hour after I called. I had two clogged lines. They fixed them lickety split, cleaned up the residual mess, and were gone in no time. They were clean, friendly and professional. The price was reasonable. I can definitely recommend this service.
