Earl's service person, Jason B. Was prompt, professional and efficient. He diagnosed a water leak problem from my toilet and found out my roof was also leaking. The pricing is standardized so I knew what the repair cost upfront. Will definitely used them again.
Kyle T came asap to my house today. Had some water pressure issues after the tankless water heater was installed. He was professional, kind and friendly. Wanting to know if there was anything else that he could help me with. He is super dedicated and good at what he does for such a young man in the business. Best part was there was no charge. He made sure that all my concerns were complete before he left.

Mike was GREAT. Found that our problems has corrected,. Checked water pressure and tankless water heater. Spent valuable time making sure there were NO Problems. No charge...great follow up. GREAT SERVICE !!!!!!!
Our well quit working on thanksgiving morning. The service man James came out very quickly. Unfortunately he couldn't fix it at the time due to needing parts and nothing being open. He came back first thing in the morning and within an hour had our well working again. He was very friendly and professional. Will definitely call them again for anything we may need in the future. Thank you James! You were awesome!!
We had a well pump switch short out and Paul identified the problem and replaced the switch in a short amount of time. This happened on a Friday night and Earl's was able to track down a replacement switch and install it the next day. As this was a rental property the tenants would have been without water all weekend if not for Earl's and Paul's great service. Thanks.
We had our well stop pumping over the weekend and called Sunday. Not only did a very friendly person answer the phone but she told me she would call me back shortly with the time to expect the repair person. She did and James showed up on time, he was extremely professional and experienced. He fixed the problem and we were back in water!!! I will call Earl's again when I am in need and definitely ask for James!
Our Service Pro Paul E. was awesome! Not only did he perform the requested service, but he shared some additional information to help us in our peace of mind for plumbing needs. Very knowledgeable about water softening and the dangers of too much water pressure. Super nice guy, would welcome him back for future service. Great job Paul, thanks so much!!
