I just moved into a new home and was having hot water heater problems. Jesse came out and asked if I got a home warranty with the purchase of the home. I had completely forgotten about it. Jesse saved me a lot of money. He identified the problem with the hot water heater and also found a problem with the bath tub faucet. Travis was very accommodating and knowledgeable in helping us update and repair our kitchen and bathroom sink fixtures as well as installing an on-demand hot water heater, resetting our water heater timer and installing a shut-off valve outside our house. Definitely 5 star service!
Had the plumber come fix my drain that we tried to snake already. He was so pleasant and helpful. He offered options for me, rather just going with the most expensive. As part of their service they inspect the water heater, where he found a loose pipe that was a carbon monoxide hazard and could explain why I have been feeling not myself and ill. I can't thank you enough! He also checked out a few other things and gave me quotes. He is a great employee!
