Fast and good service – I went to Eagle Transmission to get my transmission fixed because it was messed up. They were pretty fast and their service was good. They even picked me up at the train station.

Saved Me Money and Did a Great Job – Eagle Transmission in Richardson did a great job replacing the torque converter, which had disintegrated, as well as other parts in the transmission. I had initially gone to the Honda dealership but they quoted me a crazy high price, so I went online to research transmission shops and found Eagle. I Wish I'd Gone Here First! – These guys put actually put a large amount of time into trying to get me financed for repairs on my transmission. My hat goes off to Gerard for his time and patience. His diligence paid off! The dealership is not the place to go - it took me a replacement transmission and several sensors to finally go to Eagle. If I had gone there first, they could have saved me almost $2000.00.

Pleasant, Cordial, and Responsive – My son is a Diesel mechanic and works with transmissions. When I needed some transmission work done and he did not have time to do it, he recommended Eagle Transmission and Auto Repair. They were extremely pleasant, always cordial, and responsive. They're Honest & Stand By Their Work – I initially decided to use Eagle Transmission because the location was convenient. I felt that they were honest with me about what was wrong with car and did not try to sell me on anything unnecessary. They did what they said they were going to do and replaced the transmission. When we had to have an adjustment made, they came through and honored the warranty. I did not have to go through a whole rigmarole. They were easy to work with and I really appreciate that.
