YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST – Junior & Tito are the VERY best. They both took the time out to explain what was going on. They did an awesome job and I would recommend Eagle Transmission to anyone and everyone. Thank you guys, for such wonderful customer service.
Three times a charm! – I have now used Eagle for three repairs - the first, a clutch replacement on a 1985 Toyota pickup. An easy job, but a trial to see how they performed. Perfect! Quick, and very reasonable. The second was a rebuild on a 1990-ish Nissan Maxima with a very sick manual transmission - 1st would not stay in gear at all, and second was starting to jump out too. They gave me a very reasonable price, and did the repair in a timely manner. We did have a secondary failure of a part that looked OK during the rebuil... read more
Great Transmission Work!!! – It was great taking in my car to Eagle Transmission. The customer service I recieved from the team was great. Jr. was able to explain step by step the procedure that was going to be done to my car. I took a chance to leave my car overnight because the problem was bigger than what I thought. Jr. gave me a ride back home and picked me up the next day when my car was ready. I was very pleased with th service and I would recommend Eagle Transmission to anyone!!

I recently made the mistake of having my transmission fluid flushed at one of the local "quick lubes". About 3 days later while driving North on Jupiter Rd. I noticed a loss of power, my engine would rev but the transmission didn't seem to be engaging.....fortunately, I was able to coast into Eagle Transmission. Soar like an eagle – The eagle on your business card is very fitting as your company does soars like an eagle. I would like to express my opinion about your company. I was in awe at your friendly,trustworthy service,your respect for my dilema and the timely manner in wich you rebuild my transmission. usually if something goes wrong with my car I panic but your company took away my panic in the manner wich you treated me. Horrible previous service – despite "new" ownership you need to know this. as a New owner takes on all "debts" of the previous owner. And unless you fired the entire staff working there when you took over, your as bad and corrupt as they are. I had the transmission replaced there in 2007, it cost me 2,400. I sold the car 3 months later. 7 months later the new owners, ( friends of mine ) said the transmission had failed and that the new mechanic that had looked at the car said the transmission was pieced together from junk ya... read more
WASTED $2300 – Transmission was rebuilt 18 months ago and needs to be rebuilt again. It cost us $2300. We didn't go with the cheapest place expecting that the extra money we spent would prove to be a much better quality rebuild. Unfortuntely for us, we made the wrong decision to go with Eagle Trans.
THEY ARE THE GREATEST – WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR EXPERIENCE WITH EAGLE TRANSMISSION IN RICHARDSON, TX. FIRST, OF ALL THE PICK UP MY CAR FROM MY JOB TO PICK MY CAR.
