I want to thank Tito who responded to my call when I had transmission problems. I had driven in from Atlanta, GA and needed to be back on the road within 2 days. Tito was awesome and everyone else that I spoke to was the same way. I really appreciate the turn around time and the truck ran great all the way home. Thank you Eagle

They take the time to talk to you and explain everything – What I like about Eagle is that they take the time to talk to you and explain everything that is going on. This was very important to me, especially being a woman, because I had heard horror stories about being ripped off. I trusted the guys at Eagle and felt that they were honest with me.

Great Experience, I was Honestly Surprised – Rather than speaking in vague, general terms, they were specific and went into detail. When I went to pick up my car, they explained everything again and went over the warranty information. All in all, it was a great experience. I was honestly surprised. I was not expecting such high quality of service. Eagle Transmission takes care of their customers. They want to make sure you are fully aware of what you are getting into.

They we were able to handle everything over the phone – I was on vacation and they we were able to handle everything over the phone. They actually went and got the car from the dealer and made the repair. And, so far, the transmission rework has held.

No one's better – They did a great job and the service was the best. They even picked up my truck to do the work. I don't think anyone's better than Eagle Transmission.
