I brought my vehicle to eagle transmission of Richardson after Kwik Kar had noticed a small leak coming from my transmission while performing an oil change. I drove in with no appointment on a Saturday. I explained to Lewis the manager on duty that Kwik Kar had informed me of a leak at my driver side halfshaft. Lewis was able to locate the parts required for my repair. I would like to thank Eagle Transmission staff for getting me back on the road in such short notice. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. 5 stars!! ??????????

Rip-off!!!. Stay away from this shop. Had my transmission rebuilt at this location and after only 8 months the rebuilt completely failed. I took it back for warranty work and its was in the shop for a total of 19 days. I had to pay out of pocket for rental car while it was in repair. Think about that cost when you need transportation! Stay away from this place, they will rip you off by telling you lower amount in the beginning and will end up charging you few thousand dollars

Worst experience I ever had with any car repair shop. If you give them your car for diagnostic, there’s no way you can get it back without paying a big chunk of money. They told me that my car has a minor issue and they will fix it under $500 but unfortunately I ended up paying them over $3000. Another repair shop asked me $1300 to fix the same problem. I would like to thank Peter Wilson(manager) and Caleb(assistant manager) at Eagle Transmission of Richardson. Recently, I just had my transmission rebuilt, however it was done poorly after spending nearly $3,000.00. These guys took care of me even after my warranty was up due to some extenuating circumstances. I would not expect them to do this for everyone, but they did step up for me when they DID NOT HAVE TO!!! Thanks Eagle!!!!

One of the few places in DFW that will actually rebuild rear ends. Needed quick service, as I am an Air Conditioning contractor. I was able to get my truck at closing time the following day. Not only was the work completed as quoted, but they spotted issues with the axles where the carrier bearings rest. They installed a kit to remedy this problem. Not big on this place!!!!!! Never called with updates - had to go in ourselves to see what was going on. Took way longer than we were told it would. Came out more messed up then when it went in!!!
