My car stayed there all day. I stayed home from work as they were "working" on my car. They refused to work on it, beacause of an ignorant owner's policy regarding tire sizes. (newsflash, cars can come from the factory with different size tires based on trim level) They called me at the end of the day saying that my work was done and I could come and pick up my car. They never touched it and wasted my whole day. I will never go there again very unprofessional.

This is the only place I will take both my vehicle and my wife's. They take the time to do the repairs right, stand behind their work, professional, kind, respectful, and love their vets! The staff, both office and techs are professional and respectful. I have never had any issues with ER Automotive since using them almost two years ago.
Been here a couple times for my mom. So far so great.
They gave my nephew a quote then don't finish the job and ask for much more money to do what they should have done in the beginning. They did the same thing to a friend of mine.
i have had my ride back for a week. No problems. They got me in quick and and out a few hours later. Been doing business with them for 20 years...I can't see they are the cheapest, but they stand by their work - which in the long run is worth more.
