Great place to live I have lived at Brookside for over 10 years now and I love it!! Office and maintenance staff are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Ricardo one of the long term maintenance staff is always friendly and gets the job done. As far as comments about trash, that is the valet trash pickup service. They go around collecting all the bags and put them to the curb. It has never been there long because the truck then comes around to get it. The rooster is not on Brookside property!!

Leasing Agent was Amazing!!!! I am so thankful to Dariana that is the leasing Agent for Spring Creek!!!! This Customer Service was top tier. And the Apartment that she showed me was nice. It was clean and affordable. They definitely got 5 STARS from me!!!

Never Again I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here, the rent office never answers the phone, maintenance guy is such a rude jerk. Literally accused me of leaving trash outside clearly when it was my neighbors. Plus not to mention bugs were everywhere in the kitchen. These people must know
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! We were told it was an 8 month lease and it was not. Even though we signed the contract stating it was an 8 month lease they changed it to 13 months without us even knowing about it. Now we are stuck having to pay for 13 months instead of 8 months like agreed upon. We chose the 8 month option, because we were having a house built. Now we are stuck with a mortgage payment and a house payment. Also, the apartment itself is not very nice for the price and the amenities are terrible. I ... read more

Verified Renter My wife and I have been here over over 2 months and it was a big disappointment to be honest. There are ants in the apartment; kitchen sink only has hot water; moles grow back in the bathtub in the master bedroom as it was only painted over, and it is clogged.

Amazing Amenities Looking for a nice place close to downtown Edmond, this is the place to move. They are walking distance from so many resturants, and literally across the street from Memorial High School. The grounds are well kept, and there is always something to do here.
