I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment because it's the next best thing to owning your own home. The space, the decor, everything is just great. My favorite is having a bathtub in the master bath!!!!

The noise that... (Verified Renter) The noise that travels through the floor of the apartment is very high. If myself or friend was going to live on the top floor - I would recommend this place, but nothing below the top floor.
There's alot of... (Verified Renter) There's alot of big dogs that poop all on the sidewalk and in the grass right in front of my patio door. It's very unpleasant
The apartments in... (Verified Renter) The apartments in the front feel lower quality then in the back. So I would not recommend someone living in the 1925 building.
The price and... (Verified Renter) The price and location are great, and the apartments are well equipted... if I didn't have little kids and could live on the top floor, I probably would love it; however, anyone who needs to live on a ground level unit - most likely is going to have to deal with a great deal of noise. Obviously, the type of neighbors living above may effect this, but since there is no way to know ahead of time, I personally would tell my friends/family to seek a different location.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment complex because the apartments are good quality, they have the features I value (specifically the washer and dryer), I feel safe living here, and it is a pleasant community.
