It took almost... (Verified Renter) It took almost an entire month for maintenance to get to my issue. When they did, the problem was not fixed and seems like nothing has been done at all.
Bugs and lack of parking! We moved in a few months ago and ever since we have had ROACHES that aren't planning to leave anytime soon, the bug guy comes in for 2 minutes and blames us, while they are trying to help they have been getting nowhere. When you work the night shift and come home at midnight you have to park a pretty good distance from your place if you aren't that lucky to get a spot! Neighbors are a tad noisy and they want to do the lawn at 10 am every time so no sleeping in!

I love living... (Verified Renter) I love living here but rent for a one-bedroom is a little bit pricey. There are also not many one-bedrooms available which is what most people I know are interested in.

like the location... (Verified Renter) like the location with it being close to restaurants and the interstate giving you access to the city,the apartments are nice and spacious,but think pricing is a little high and do have a concern about parking and security.
