Amazing place and person ! Rosa was amazing! She gave me a tour of the property, she answered all my questions I had in mind, she was very knowledgeable about the property and around the areas she recommended. 5 Stars – Amazing Improvements with New Management! I’ve lived at this apartment complex for a while, and I can honestly say things have taken a major turn for the better since the new management stepped in. The property is cleaner, better maintained, and there's a real sense of community coming back. I love living here! This place is awesome Me and my partner just moved into this complex and we don’t have any second thoughts. From the first tour we knew we wanted this place immediately. The tour guide was so helpful and so down to earth. I wouldn’t recommend any other place in Edmond to anyone looking for somewhere to live

In the words of Nike, just do it. Shut the front door. SO GOOD!! These apartments were built in the 1970s but the only way you can tell is how spacious they are! They are beautifully remodeled with lots of natural light. They have quarterly pest control but you can request it any month and maintenance is THE BEST- Isaac specifically has taken great and quick care of my concerns. Maintenance We had a water heater leak early morning, called emergency maintenance and they were at our door step promptly. They were kind and efficiently cleaned the mess and replaced our water heater within a day. Overall I would rate our maintenance team and apartments a 10/10!

Wonderful Excellent community. Big homes with attached garages. Good price point in the Ryle district. Very close to Kroger and all the restaurants.
