Terrible company to rent from Terrible staff. Subpar apartments. Our apartment was not move in ready when we showed up. The maintenance person is a horrible person who is known for intentionally neglecting residents of color. The fact that he's still there after multiple complaints by tenants lets you know how terrible of a company this is.

Great Touring Experience! Searching for a new home can be a challenging experience, but the Spring Creek office truly made it easier. I was welcomed with a smile, and my needs and preferences were taken seriously by the staff, who were warm and friendly. Very friendly and respectful staff I came in for a walk in tour and was helped by DJ, she was excellent at making me feel comfortable and at home. While I ended up going with another apartment, the treatment I got was still above and beyond. Highly recommend!
