Residents in my... (Verified Renter) Residents in my building like to smoke (cigarettes and other) inside the building(hallways and stairwells). The smell gets into my apartment and I do not like it. They also have burned the carpet/structure of the stairwell that took a while for maintenance to replace.

I've been on... (Verified Renter) I've been on the property for several years about 4 and now I'm smelling marijuana when I come home, there's nowhere to park parking is horrible in the area where my apartment is located and there's trash in the hallway on the stairs it was never like that before.
This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a very diverse apartment community. Most are nice people, but not all care and especially about even getting the trash in the dumbster. They just toss it anywhere. Sadly, maintenance has to clean that up. Not sure how to explain that to my friends?
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend the property to a friend or family member who did not have their own washer and dryer and that I thought would be comfortable with the range of pricing for the units.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend because the layouts of the apartments, these apartments have really unique designs! There was actually a floorplan that we preferred over the one we have now, but unfortunately it wasn't available around the time we needed to move. We also love how spacious and homey our apartment is. Why we wouldn't recommend it is because of how old and outdated the apartment is from our kitchen cabinets, to our bathroom shower (which actually has a broken metal drain that hasn't bee... read more

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment complex due to the professional front office staff, location (close to the interstate, thriving Speedway community, and very close to Downtown Indianapolis) I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex as a result of the parking issue. On several occasions, several residents have to park far away from their actual building, which can be inconvenient for an array of reasons.
