You don't hear that too often, I don't imagine. I have been going to Steiner & Ventrucci for roughly 34 years and have always had great experiences and relationships in my twice a year visits. Even when I had to have a crown/root canal, the process was as painless as I would have imagined considering the circumstances. I am always treated with respect and given an opportunity to have a say in what and how my dental hygiene will be addressed. Wow what an awesome experience. From the time I checked in- treated like a King- although it would be nice to have some coffee in the waiting room. Lezlie was awesome, she was going to get me a piece of Pizza from the rep bringing in lunch. That cute financial lady was very nice and told me she would take care of all my billing concerns. I guess I'll come back!

Yesterday I had an emergency to fix my two front teeth. I was treated very well. I did need to go back later and get an edge that was a little rough but each time they were prompt polite and very professional. My family has been with you for many years and have always been satisfied. Thank you.

Jordan had a root canal performed yesterday afternoon. She was scared to death to have it done, but Dr. Ventrucci and Maria walked her through it step by step. Everyone in the office treats us like individuals, not just another patient. Wonderful experiences!
