Joni's personality really shines. She is warm and friendly. Not many people can say their trip to the dentist made their day.
Always a pleasant experience (well, as much as a dental appt. can be!). The staff is always very friendly & helpful, knowledgeable. they explain the procedures as they do them so you are not unnerved by unexpected noises, pressures, etc. The only improvement might be in the waiting area, it needs to be a little more upbeat!
First class practice with excellent reputation. Had at least 15 dentists in my life land this practice is the best.
I've been going to Dr. Steiner for over 30 years. After moving over 100 miles away a dozen years back, I was good about keeping up my appointments for 5 or 6 years, but then fell off the wagon. Went back today for a cleaning for the first time in 5 years, and was (as I expected) treated like family. Everyone there is on the same page and very professional. Highly recommended.
I had a good experience at the dentist. however, I did have to wait almost 20 minutes to be called back. My appointment was at 10:30 and I wasn't called back until 10:50. Otherwise, it was a normal dentist appointment.
Very satisfied with the new filling. Still have some small issue with a previous filling. Waiting a few days for all to be fine. Have an appointment next week.
