The doctor is excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Most of the staff are also very friendly and welcoming. However, during some visits, I encountered a receptionist who was impatient and unfriendly. Professionalism and courtesy should be maintained consistently, as every patient deserves a positive experience. Overall, I appreciate the quality of care provided by the doctor.
We are so blessed to have Dr. Eadie and his wonderful team in Halifax! They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. After many eye surgeries, I am completely happy with my results and very grateful for their expert care.
