After sitting in the waiting room at St. Thomas Rutherford for 4 hours and no indication when I would be seen, so sick I couldn't sit up, I went to this urgent care. From the minute I entered, I was treated with respect, was back in a room within 10 minutes. Sebastian was awesome and Kristin the FPN was so phenomenal. Even though it was the end of their day, she took her time examining me and explained what was wrong ( bronchitis, sinus infection and a secondary stomach virus) and what she was going to do to get me better. I avoid going to the doctor as often as possible. I broke down and came to the closest place my insurance company found and it's been a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this place!
I have been here for myself and my children for several different issues. Every time is always a great experience! I am in and out quicker than any place I have ever been. The staff is friendly and professional. I always feel like my concerns are taken seriously and they take the time to answer and explain any questions you have. I highly recommend E & R Urgent Care !!!
Amazing staff! Zero wait....can it get any better? With 3 children I have been to many clinics and I can safely say that e&r is my favorite. Even though it's on the other side of town, it is a no-brainer to go see these folks!

Kristina and the whole staff was amazing! Kristina saw my struggle to walk and immediately asked clarifying questions as I was hobbling in and ordered an x-ray. In and out very efficiently. We will be back for sure!!
