Dr. Cain and his team are efficient, brilliant, and kind. I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the start of my visit in the MRI clinic, to the discussion of treatment options, I felt cared for and seen. I left with clearly-defined next steps and have great confidence in the entire process.
Prompt; on time; full detailed explanations by Dr. Cain. I would not let anyone other than Dr. Cain operate on my shoulder. I traveled from Maine just to get an appointment with him. He operated on right shoulders (SLAP tear) 8 years ago, and now he will operate on my left shoulder (Rotator cuff tear). I am confident that I am in excellent hands.
