Most of the process she made easy, got the place up on the market quick. Unfortunately their was a weekend she went completely silent. And lastly after closing we never recieved our Propain refund, no follow through, and she wouldn't answer my messages or emails to get it settled. Disappointed that had to happen.
Karen is the only one you want.
Tried calling Karen 5 times over several days, left voicemails and texted and she never responded. We were very interested in her listing, but she blew that one.
Jeannette Mendoza did an excellent job with us. In fact, the Dynamic group, Jason & Shannon, in less than two months we already have our house, when we have been trying to find solutions since March and in June we were given the opportunity to work with them. 100% recommended. THANK YOU!9
