I had a very unpleasant experience at the guard shack during check-in for loading. The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She spoke to me in a harsh and arrogant manner, which is unacceptable for someone who is supposed to communicate with drivers. She took my phone number and told me I would be called when needed, but nobody called me. I ended up waiting for a long time and had to go back myself to ask what was going on. Stay clear of this place! The old man in shipping that look like the grandpa from king of the hill is ignorant and rude! Very disrespectful to truck drivers! Lack of communication! His real problem is with the brokers!!! Dont take it out the driver! Next time!
