5 stars for Khalilah!!! Any time I have called for help she responds in such a pleasant way (not to mention her beautiful smile!). Every request is important to her and she makes you feel like you are at the top of her list! I recently had to put in a request to find some items that were moved into storage due to construction. We were not sure where the items were stored and she did not stop until we found them! Thank you Khalilah for being a bright spot in the DynaCom group! We are very grateful for you!
I waited 9 months to post this review, after taking occupancy of our newly constructed 6,200 Sq/ft Suite. The resulting grade is very mixed. For a well established company like DynaCom, the bar should be much higher in so many categories. Huge room for improvement in quality of customer service and execution/follow-through of maintenance requests. Overwhelming Perception/Reality: DynaCom is spread too thin...they have too many buildings and not enough staff to properly serve their tenants, which shows on a daily basis. Trust... read more
Dynacom took over our building about 2 years ago. To be fair, the building needed renovations when they took over, but the issues have become increasingly worse since. Construction has been non-stop, which I understand is necessary to make improvements, but I was expecting for the bulk of the work to take place outside of business hours.
