I have booked an appointment days ahead of time and upon arriving they say can you wait a half hour or they have no record of my appointment. I used to come months ago with no problem with my appointment. The last four I have had to leave without a massage becauseI was going to Wait a half hour or they had no recording of my appointment whatsoever. If there was a zero star, I would select that.
