RecommendedI thoroughly enjoyed living at CCA last year! The front office staff is very welcoming, helpful, and positive about their positions within the company. The maintenance technicians were always super quick to respond to any and all service requests within a couple of hours. The location is great, and the option of parking garage parking is wonderful! Would recommend!
By far best apartments that I lived at. If it’s ever a problem Ally and Shelby always are so nice and helps me with problem!
RecommendedIt’s a good and nice place. I like it because it located right in the downtown. I have everything I need around me. I like the comfort and self privacy in the apartment. I really recommend this place!

Absolutely garbage place run by people looking out to make money. If you have any other option please do not live there. We were fined multiple times for things that already were there when we moved in. When we reported these things and complained we were told we would be evicted. Please do not live here
