The gym sucks, the laundry room flooded and most of the laundry machines don't work. The wifi is awful and the TV connection is so bad! The connection for the TV cut out right as Kanye roasted tswift at the Grammys and I missed it. Dwight lofts sent out an email a while ago saying that they were going to fix some of the issues and I'm still waiting.. We've also put in numerous maintenance requests. Although there are some issues the Dwight needs to work on, the staff and security are amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming, and patient. I feel at home when I walk in the front door, and the Dwight is one of the cleanest student housing locations Columbia offers. Over all I think the Dwight is a great place to stay if you really want to sink your teeth into Columbia your first year.
Kelly in management office is super great! She is so full of kindness and treats me and everyone so nicely. I love seeing her happy face every time I need to grab a package!
Kelli is the bomb, she knew my package was there right on time.
Only one word to describe this place and staff member Kelli, Awesome!
Dwight lofts has a remarkable staff, that treats you like family. The sky lounge and graffiti invites you to be creative. I Definitely recommend staying here.
The housing and its staff is great. 5 stars in my book!!
