The Property Manager, Tiara Henderson, at The Dwight Lofts is amazing! She is extremely responsive and committed to providing Columbia students with the best living environment possible. She is truly a breath of fresh air.
I am currently living in a shared 2 bedroom apartment and it's absolutely fantastic. The maintenance team truly goes above and beyond. I also love the location. My classes aren't too far away and target is a 7 minute walk away. Not to mention how wonderful the "Free Food Fridays" are. 612 : Morgan
RecommendedTo be honest, I think we should host some game nights and some chill music karaoke nights or plenty concerts from students in the sky lounge on a Friday night
all my friends live here and it’s easy to get to classes
Absolutely garbage place run by people looking out to make money. If you have any other option please do not live there. We were fined multiple times for things that already were there when we moved in. When we reported these things and complained we were told we would be evicted. Please do not live here
Very nice place for student With security guard
Great service and clean living environments. It’s a safe place to live with security on the first floor and key cards to get into the rooms. The rooms are modern and very easy to live in.
The two ladies that work in the 11th floor offices are LEGIT the sweetest people in the world they are always SO DARN friendly and helpful big thanks to them! 🦄
