RecommendedThe only thing I would recommend about Sterling Campus Center Apartments is keeping Josh as maintenance because every morning he brings excitement to everyone and also the staff. Which is great.

RecommendedMost convenient place to live!! i’ve lived here for the past two years and I don’t plan on leaving while i finish out school! The staff is the friendliest and accommodating. Super clean and great location! 5 minute walk to just about any class i have:) i recommend living here!
RecommendedI absolutely ADORE living in my sterling apartment! When I choose a home I look for location, staff, maintenance, quality and care. The sterling center apartment earns a 5 star rating for #1 being in the heart of downtown, #2 their beyond helpful staff, #3 the quick and thorough Maintenance team. Sterling earned its fourth and fifth star from their star worker Savannah. She goes out of her way to show she cares and assures quality for every resident. I would recommend this place TO EVERY COLLEGE STUDENT!
Had horrible noise issues all year. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Environment is weird and uninviting. Room had noooo natural light at all. Had lot of power outages and WiFi issues. Furniture was worn

I am currently living in a shared 2 bedroom apartment and it's absolutely fantastic. The maintenance team truly goes above and beyond. I also love the location. My classes aren't too far away and target is a 7 minute walk away. Not to mention how wonderful the "Free Food Fridays" are. 612 : Morgan
Un-secure doors. Sky bridge connecting to College Station building has no lock and can be accessed by everyone. It's October and not all of the residents have garage gate fobs yet. Resulted in an open and un-secure garage gate allowing intruders to enter. Constantly closed amenities. Pool is closed 1/5 of the time. Raised rates for returning residents.
