Stay away from this place! Sarah’s dryer did not work for the entire year. Air Conditioning did not work during summer months but she received a 90.00 bill for July electricity. Maintenance broke a pipe and her bedroom flooded. That wasn’t resolved correctly and black mold started spreading. Her apartment smelled so bad during June and July that she couldn’t stand to sleep there.
Be aware!!! If your child moves out when school is out in May, but before the lease is up in August, they will charge you for everything the other roommates may do to the unit after you have left and RETURNED YOUR KEYS! Including trash, even though you have had no access to the unit for MONTHS and left if in good shape when you moved out and had them check you in May. TERRIBLE policy and management.
RecommendedArborBlu was a great place for my son to stay during his college years in Ann Arbor. The staff was wonderful, especially Jimmy Arnold, he went out of his way to take care of us whenever we had questions or concerns. I highly recommend you seriously consider leasing at ArborBlu!

70 dB noise in the bedroom due to the AC machine. Bad attitude from the leasing office staff, make people very embarrassed

Rent is high for what you get. On the minus side -They should not advertise free WiFi as it rarely works even with a booster. Also they should convert to stackable washer dryer because the all in one doesn’t really dry clothes. Lastly electric bill was much higher than told to expect. I would also suggest a small dehumidifier for your own bedroom. I do not like that you cannot have control over your own thermostat.
