David and Smith were the dream team! They made our Austin house hunting easy.
When my wife and I went looking for a house in Austin we didn't really know where to start. Dave and his team have simply been amazing. Their knowledge of the Austin area and the market is great. They have really made us feel comfortable and worked with us step by step though the process of buying a house. I would definitely recommend them when searching for a new home.
I've not had the best experiences with realtors. They seem to be a fickle lot. David is not. He's a conscientious, punctual, dedicated fellow. The best of the realtors I've conscripted to my service.
