Dave is great! He recently helped me and my husband buy our first home. The Austin market is pretty crazy right now and we had to put offers on multiple houses before a deal finally worked out, but through it all, Dave was always available and really went the extra mile to help us out. Once we had a house under contract, Dave made sure the process ran smoothly, and made it a low stress experience for us. We found Dave to be professional, caring, and super knowledgeable. We would definitely use him again!
When seeking to buy or sell a home the process can be daunting. David Mosrie makes it much less so. I have had experience with other agents in the Austin area who are all presentation and very little substance. Davis Mosrie is not that kind of agent. His approach to real estate allows the buyer or seller to understand perfectly where they sit while he works out the more complex details in to a presentable and understandable spread sheet. Dave and Smth were awesome! I had been working with a different broker/realtor to help me find a rental home in Austin and he fell off the map. I was then put in touch with Smith and Dave three days before I was supposed to arrive to find a place and less than three weeks to actually get moved.
