This place is horrible. Management will tell you whatever they can to get you in, then not stand behind there word and steal your money. They got me for over 9k. They were supposed to do repairs that were never done, then constantly harass me and write me up for stuff they were paid to fix. I HIGHLY recommend you think twice abouut moving in. Stay away from Sun homes!
