I here quite often people complain about our village however, we all complain at some point right! Our Village is exactly what you consider a Village. We have plenty parking spaces. Indoor mail boxes. We have access to using fax and copy machines etc. one if the complaints was not having a pool however we have a great little park which included room for soccer playing and basket ball hopping. Used to be nice. People blast bass all day with no regard for neighbors, 3rd shifters, people with babies... We need sleep too. The office does nothing about it. Also, thieves breaking into cars constantly. Rent goes up every year with no extra amenities. Step your game up sun homes. I'm looking to move.
I lived there in 1990 for 12 years and it was excellent. Great neighborhood watch. Everyone looked out for everyone. Lot rent was only $235.00 back then including water and sewage. I loved living there! Is it still under managers that come in off the street? or does a company own it now?
Beautiful park a little pricey for no extra anemnities, but management at tbis park very nice and accommodating when possible Sun Homes owners ones responsible for costs and tying mgtmt hands they are poor owners any sun home park will attest to that. People generally friendly and caring there will always be a few bulies or bad apples wherever u live. Park kept clean, mgrs available 90% of time and always try to help if they can but park needs to step up with help for seniors, more kids activities, pool would be great but no... read more
Management sucks bad plus what type of management shows other tenants people files that not even legal
Horrible neighbors the entire time we lived there. A bully kid who would knock on our door constantly and terrorize our entire cul-de-sac. Suckered us into buying our place, then to get out of it we had to pay $$,$$$ out of pocket to get the hell out. Worst experience ever in a "community" if that's what you want to call it. But let's face it, it's just another trailer park.
I enjoy living there its a friendly place and I have great neighbors
