This was easily the best car deal I've made. I got a brand new 4Runner with a big discount. When telling others about the deal I got, they were in disbelief because 4Runners are known for "selling themselves" and not needing a discount. Jade did well and made sure that everything was handled. I can't wait to see it after the Accessories Department gets finished with the Toytec lift, Toyo tires, and TRD wheels. Thanks everyone!
I purchased a new Toyota Tacoma a couple of days ago and my experience with Martin, Seth and the sales manager were great. These gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Martin kept me in laughter with his stories during the waiting process. I will be taking him up on his offer to educate me on all my new Toyota can do. My experience with Martin in sales and Nolan in finance was very good. I first looked at one car and discovered it wasn't the right fit and needed a larger SUV in this case a Toyota Highlander. This was the perfect car for me a the right price and easy financing. Definitely would look at them again for another car. Thanks guys.
My truck repair was completed 2 hrs later than I was told. I got a discount on the oil change but they forgot to reset the check maintenance light or put a new oil change sticker on. Wasn't told why the repair was delayed, just an I'm sorry I know someone or something got screwed up they were too afraid to tell me.
Wow! Impressed with the service department!! They could not have been more professional or nicer!! Definitely a reason to buy toyota! Can't say that enough!!
