He was patient while answering my many questions, and he went above and beyond to make sure I left the dealership in something I could afford and LOVE! I am thrilled with my new RAV4 and I cannot say enough about the tremendous quality of service provided!
Drove from Florida and I had my 20,000 mile service in mid-August and all was well. Last few days, in Mesa Verde National Park, the low pressure tire indicator came on. We drove in and the service manager was able to get my tire serviced, found a hole in the treads was able to get it patched and purged of the air--and refilled all 4 with nitrogen and CAR WASHED for no charge at all!! Great place---thanks to all! Excellent and fast service!
