RecommendedI recommend Durango Toyota's Jimmy Crespo if shopping for a Toyota. He helped me to get from start to driving away in a new Tacoma in a one day. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions readily. I probably needed more details on costs, fees, etc., but all-in-all it was a good experience. Enjoying the truck immensely; first I've bought in 16 years.
So far the worst customer service ever! After a couple of calls they quit contacting you with the information you need. Afterward I try to call and ask for the person you been in contact they hang up on you what the hell. I give you a 0 star rating.
Called for airbag. They completely lost me. I came back second time and they said they would contact me. 2 months later I called and they said they have airbag. I scheduled and went. They said that they would call when done. When 4 o’clock came I called and said that it had been ready. Again no communication
Martin was great throughout my shopping experience at DRO Toyota. Everyone that I have dealt with there were so helpful and friendly. I will definitely bring my Highlander back for its serving, and wouldn’t hesitate to work with DRO Motors for future vehicle purchases. I definitely recommend them.
Martin Smiedt was of tremendous help to us in purchasing our new Sequoia. He even offered to come in on his day off to meet us as we were coming in from out of state. We had picked out the car we wanted from Durango Toyota's online inventory but he efficiently went through all the features of the car to help us determine that we had made a good choice. We give 5 out of 5 gold stars to Martin for his service to us.

I recieved 5 star service from every department at Durango Motors. The sales REP Cassie answered all my questions and made sure I was well informed about the car and all the services Durango Toyota offered. I've received follow-up texts making sure I was happy with my decision.
Recently the wife and I leased a 2020 Corolla Hybrid vehicle from Durango Toyota. Not totally sure about the Hybrid full filling our needs was the reason for the lease idea. Jarred and Jos both took the time to ensure that we; 1) leased the correct hybrid and 2) fully understood our responsibilities of the lease program. Mind you, this took ALL day. Shout out to service advisor Justin Raddin! Last month as we were driving thru, we noticed that our tailgate cables were fraying (we had motorcycles, ice chests, etc. partially weighing down the tailgate). We went to Durango Toyota, Justin ordered them for overnight delivery. We went back the next day & instead of taking the 5 minutes to explain how to install them, he grabbed his tool set and did it for us! Awesome customer service for travelers just passing thru!
