My daughter has lives here for almost a year and this place is terrible. They had to move her one time because of a bad neighbor who was eventually removed. When they moved her they restarted the length of her lease. Her current place has flooded twice in the past month. The issue still isnt fixed. They just turned the water off to the apartment above. They still havent fixed her ceiling and the water to the complex has been turned on at least 10 times to supposedly fix issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
RecommendedI love how you guys take care of us and I love the team y’all are so down to earth. Especially maintenance guys are pretty cool (: when I have a package sent to me i call and they always wait for me to come pick it up near closing time.
We are here for the ladt one year. We love it. It is very comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. Keep it up!

Well where should I start, don't like managent. Every 6 months seems like. Maintaining the apartments are not so good my balcony 2nd floor my railing is off. My boards on balcony are loose. I got my head busted by walking into my bedroom and boom closet door fell on me I live alone. Thank God I'm ok..... this guy up at sales office told me I'd need only 275$ I was moving from a 2 BR @1,065. $ to a 1 bedroom for 977$ wow huge deal I'm getting.
