Called to ask a few questions regarding my upcoming appointment and a change in my insurance carrier for the new year. Of course no one has answers anymore. This is a bit too complicated, right? First person has to 'transfer' me, second person does not speak our language terribly well, takes forever to answer me (about 20-30seconds from the time I finish speaking), then has to put me on hold while he seeks an answer from someone else. Trained to be rude. Must have a quota of patients they must see to make $$. I can't believe this practice cares for heart patients. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor himself they were in a big rush, rude, and did not give me a chance to ask questions or give them answers. I observed they treated other patients this way and felt embarrassed for them. I just cried after my appointment. WE ARE NOT MACHINES! WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS!!
