The staff at the counter do not read the documents or information updated. Had to go back to them 3 times on same visit, still the rep did not update insurance info. Very scary since they are dealing with medical records. Reporting for Compliance issues.
They hold you hostage. My internist could not see me to get a preop surgical appointment. So I am seeing Constance Scholp. My appointment was for 2 o’clock. It is 2:45 and I’m still sitting in the operatory waiting for the Nurse practitioner. I was told at 2:10 that she was just getting started with the patient before me. My husband has seen her before and he’s had to wait for over an hour for this particular nurse practitioner. the black women who are the phlebotomist are rude.
I saw dr kedainis on rt 59 several times 2 months ago I went to see him for a problem with nerves possibly.something they call Cipd which some of symptoms I was having .we talked about it being treated with prednisone.he then prescribed methylpregnisom.which I found out from suffering a steroid overdose that caused leg edema which then turned into cellulitis and severe bone pain for 2 months ,I saw him 3days before on my trips to the ER and his sec.
