Don't take Ur vehicle here if u have any type of issue they will screw u over. I asked them to check out my front end and see if I needed anything cuz yes I was involved in a front end crash but u are telling me I just needed a alignment then I get that done and I still had the shaking so I take it back and now they are saying I need 2 new rims. I will not be back to this Dunn Tire, one person ahead of me, if it was going to be 1:45+ to get a tire fixed because of a screw, you should have notified me from the start! After 45 minutes I seen my car get pulled in and then 30 minutes later, still nothing, find out mine hasn’t been touched yet, another 30 minutes and still sitting there
Service stinks..tell you car will be done by a certain time..3 hours after that time still not done and no phone call to let you know
Worst customer service ever. Purchased 40000 mile tires back in Oct 2016. Have been getting tire rotations every 5000 miles. Brought my car there yesterday and they told me that they recommend that i replace my tires soon. Are they nuts!? I haven't even put 17000 miles on these tires. They also told me the tires I got weren't great tires, although those are the ones THEY recommended that I get. I will NEVER go back here. Came to get tires replaced. Price was ok. Offered alignment which I would get if it needed it. Mechanic comes back in and says that there is a part that I need in order to do needed alignment that is over $300 plus labor. Jacking up my price to twice as much. Checked with knowledgeable person part is less than half that online. And probably not needed as car just passed inspection. I hate taking my car in for this reason. They give you one price then all of a sudden it’s far more. I trust no one.
Best service everrrrrrrrr! Usually I want to shank myself when it comes to getting car repairs but I had oh so much fun spending quality time with the workers at this place. If I could, I would give Mattypatty at the front desk 69 stars.
