1 1/2 for a inspection then try to tell me my ball joints are bad and making a loud noise...liar 1 star
We are tourist from northeastern vermont that came to see Niagara Falls. The people at Dunn were able to make an emergency repair for us and get us on our way in great time. Thank you and they didn't even charge us for the repair they did.
After over 2 hours waiting for tire repair I was informed they won't fix it. I have been a loyal customer for years but not anymore
Went to have a headlight changed I'm a 2008 Acadia was told the light was $14 and the labor would be an hour and a half the total of the bill would be $182 before going to Dunn Tire watched YouTube on how to change the headlight to a 2008 Acadia time of headlight change is less than 6 minutes they proceeded to tell me the labor on the job was an hour and a half I told them no thank you switch to light for myself for $16 moral of the story what are these gouges doing to the elderly
Had great service, decent prices, friendly, well decorated waiting room.
Made appointment for rotation at 11am After stopping in day before and told had to wait 2 hours. So showed up 15 min before my appointment and still waiting 45 min later
